FUTON production line is well-equipped and high-efficient. It includes 80 tonnes reactor of glue workshop, High speed coating line, paper core department, printing department, slitting line, fully automatic packaging line, massive cargo warehouse, advanced and high-speed LLDPE stretch film casting machine and finally the product invention and testing laboratory.

FUTON has explored an unique formula for our strong adhesiveness water-base glue. We can produce 3000 tons of glue per month by our own glue workshop.

The glue is qualified and ensured with strong adhesion stickiness.  Also, there are 10  high speed coating machines in the coating line and we can produce 15000 jumbo rolls monthly. The paper core line adopts high speed automatic computer control paper core machineries. The duel injection five-colors press can print 1-5 colors for customize tapes and designed jumbo rolls. We have 40 sets of flow process slitting machines with automatic packaging are used in the slitting line. Our cargo warehouse is well-organized and we can store 50*40 HQ container goods, also 8 forklifts for delivery,and we equipped 5 sets of high-speed advanced LLDPE stretch film casting machines, each month can produce more than 1000 tons stretch film hand rolls or jumbo rolls. The laboratory has difference kinds of testing instruments to test the tapes’ stickiness and holding strength etc.
